Things I wanna do in 2007

I think that this list is a different from my wish list... This list contains a list of things that I must do in the whole of 2007. As I'm gonna ORD in about 9 months time, my plans are coming closer & closer, thus it's due time to execute them in phrases already...

I know that while executing my plans, there'll be alot of difficulties but I'll do my best to overcome them.

Mum, You talked about learning driving, get a job, go university, get an even better job. You always say that I'm "cum cum ch-eng"

it's not that I'm wishy-washy or "cum cum ch-eng" or never have any plans for my future. I have my plans & my dreams. But before I can execute my dreams, I have to clear my debts first. Do you know how much debts I have just from getting a Diploma Cert?

It's a freaking S$ 8985.95!!!!

S$ 1,659.91 belong to DBS Bank Loan - I've already paid about 50% of it. With about 50% more to go.

The rest is from my dad's CPF account, which I've yet started paying it.

Jan '07 to Mar '07
-Totally focus on repaying my tuition fee loan & other outstanding bills.

Jan '07 to Aug '07
-Save up $$$ so that even after I ORD, I have enough cash to survive at least 4 months till I find a job, as well as money to learn Car.

Car lessons - $1500 to $2500
3 months survival - $1000

-Start browsing newspapers for home-based / Office-based jobs / Give tuition lessons on weekends.

-Start taking notice of job articles in newspaper.

June '07 to Sept '07
-Start clearing leave & OFF days to go for job interviews.
-Start sending resumes to companies for interviews.

Sept '07 onwards
-Start designing website to sell guy clothes, jeans, bags & accessories from HK, Taiwan & Korea.

Gathering at Fisherman

Went to Fisherman Village on 23rd Dec. This time we have a new addition to our group, Siew Min Jie ha!!! She actually Ber Ber's "personal" hairstylist. She work at the same place as Ber Ber. just opposite Ber Ber's workplace, so every time she needs a hair cut she just walk over when Siew Min jie is free.

At first, I thought Siew Min Jie was able 25 year old, cuz she looked really very young, then she told us her age, I got a small shock ha!!!

Ber Ber worn, well for this first time I saw her wear, big ear rings... But she wasn't very used to it, as she kept hooking it with her fingers. {Heart pain...}

It was extremely windy that night, so the ladies' hair kept flying about... [poor thing...]

We ordered quite a feast:

- Egg omelet
- Small Squid
- Beef Hor Fan
- Seafood Vermilions
- Sambal Stingray
- 1 Jug of Beer + 2 Bottle of Beer + 1 coconut + 2 mineral water

Total: $85

Sky was starting to drizzle a little bit, but that doesn't matter.

We slowly walked over to Bedok Jetty, found a place to sit down and we enjoyed the breeze, the view and the stars...

Then, we went back home... Luckily it wasn't raining on the way back... Phew!

What I've been up to recently???

Went back to work after a long 5 days break. On Monday night, I didn't really wanna go back to work just yet. [Well, who would wanna go back to work after a long, fantastic 5 days break!!! haha!!!]

These few days, been meeting up with Ber Ber almost every single day. Go to her work place around 3-4PM, den stay there company her at work. [Her workplace is kinda boring. Customers want movies or dramas, she will get for them. Then, she'll need to update their accounts and remind customers to return their movies when their loans are almost up. Other than that, she just sits there watch shows or listen to music.]

If she wants drinks or food, I'll go buy for her. Make sure she won't go hungry or thirsty. At night, I'll help her close shop, then we go have some private time together. haha!!!

Back at office last Tuesday was a little weird. haha!!! It was a slight mixture of distance, yet I really missed my colleagues... Seems like I've grown quite attached to LSA...

Was arrowed to perform Guard Duty at the minute just yesterday [21/12/06,Thursday]. But, it's okay lahZ, got 1 day off given by DY ha!!! COOL!

SHOCKING TRUTH

Ber Ber told me one shocking truth yesterday evening, while I was resting after performing my first duty...

This guy, Alex, was actually her God-brother's best friend!!!!!!!!! Both me & Ber Ber were like: "WHAT!!!??? This idiot is actually his...." Well, the rest of the expressions, I guess all of you can guessed it without much thoughts...

I was like.... No wonder, he ain't scared of her God-Brother... Now I know why...

ANYWAY!!! As long as I have my Ber Ber beside me, I'm more than contended...

Meeting her later tonight at east Coast, after her Company's Dinner...

My Wish List 2007

Hmmm... Took a look at the wish I created last year, and out of that whole list, I only managed to realised 3 of them haha!!! Actually not bad. I guess, a new year, new revolution, might as well have a new wish list...

WISH LIST 2007

a) World Peace!!! Please... Enough of fighting and war... Enough deaths and suffering!

b) Me & Ber Ber be together, and we can grow old together.

c) Pay back my Tuition Loan, which is about 5 grands... Still have about 50% to go. Hopefully can reduce it by another further 50%.

d) Biggest Project I've ever set out for myself: RENOVATE MY ROOM!!! Below are the things I need to get.

1- a Loft Bed. I really need one to really maximize
the space in my Room.
Getting more and more cramp liao!!! OMG!!!






2- A customized Wardorobe.
Both me & my sister, seriously need a new cupboard for our ever-expanding clothes... It's just too small us!!!







3- A Sofa Bed. I REALLY NEED THIS!!! I've been sleeping on a "Di-Lam" for way too long liao... ARH!!! haha!!! Sad right?? =P







4- A TV bench.... Very low ones...
So that it makes my room more spacious








5- A Rattan Blind...
Gives my room that extra touch of "Kampong" ha!!!








6- A wall unit.
Make full use of the walls in my room to put things on the shelves.








e) Can I don't be so POOR??? Every month, I can't save any freaking single cent, cause the tuition loan deduct every single cent from my account until there's only $1 left...

Can't go shopping, can't watch movie, can't go anywhere, can't do anything I love, I like, I want. cause those freaking banks deduct every single cent from my account, leaving me almost penniless... And that leads to my last wish...

f) A SUPER BIG WINDFALL!!!

[E.g First Prize in 4D, TOTO, or suddenly someone accidentally transferred a huge amount of money to my account] Best is just nice can settle all bloody, godfather, godmother, freaking debts and be debt-free. So that all of us can go back to do whatever we like. Yeah! That would be enough leh...

SO FAST!!! Last year's new year countdown at Esplanade seems like it just happened yesterday. And now, I'm faring goodbye to a wonderful year and welcoming a new year, filled with aspirations, ambitions and hope.

2006 has been one of the most exciting and wonderful year yet. Celebrating my 21st Birthday charging up & down a mountain doing training. Fell through a man-hole and was almost half-paralyze. Got posted back to BMTC. Decided to start a brand new life and found the girl I love dearly.

Now, Let me take all my fellow readers down my 2006 Memory Lane..................

JAN

Had my New Year Count-down at Esplanade with my sister, Andy, YH and my sister's friend. This was my first-time watching Fireworks LIVE!!! And what better than at a New Year Count down??!! haha!!!

One of the suckiest days in my life! Imagine this: [On your 21st Birthday, you charge up & down a hill over & over again. Got yourself all dirty & smelly. At the end of the day, you didn't even managed to have time to say "Happy 21st Birthday" to yourself, cause you were simply just to shag to think of anything other than SLEEP!!!]

Yeah! That was how I spent my 21st Birthday... SUCKY! STINKY! and SMELLY!

FEB

Nothing much in Feb, but luckily got my friends who insisted to celebrate my birthday for me. SO HAPPY! HAHA! And oh yeah!! Got a new wallet from Pierre Cardin as a gift! Thanks thanks!

MARCH

Graduated from BSLC and moved on to ASLC... Sigh! Still stuck in the western part of Singapore. Almost every week have to "Journey to the West" But nevermind... 2 More months and I'll be outta there!!!

Late March, I was having a urban warfare training and I fell through a man-hole from 2nd Storey, which was about 4 metres high bah... Almost broke my back!!! But thank god, nothing much happened to me... I guess this was the worst accident that has ever happened to me...

APRIL

Preparing to go Taiwan for training. Heard alot of rumors about there... Can't wait to see that country with my own eyes!!! Hopefully my back injury can recover in time... I don't wanna miss this opportunity!!!

MAY

Came back from training in Taiwan, and it was "Love At First Sight" with this particular country. The people there were exceptionally nice & helpful. And not to forget the shopping haah!!! Too bad we ain't allowed to buy alot of things back to Singapore.. If not, I think I won't be able to carry everything back haah!!!

JUNE

Got posted back to Tekong "The place where Everything begins..." Well, its kinda like back to paradise. I was posted to HQ. haha!! No outfield, no SOC, no need to get high blood pressure over stupid recruits hahaah!!!! Just sit in air-con room and slack through the rest of my remaining time in Army. GOOD!!! haha!!!

JULY-SEPT

Nothing much between these few months. Just every weekend, book in & book out. Go out or slack at home...

Then because, I was too bored in camp, I started playing "Wholivesnearyou" and found the girl I Love...


OCTOBER

Happily in love and wish to love her with everything I have...


NOVEMBER

Heard my friend was also attached... GREAT!! haha!!! Well... it was kinda expected actually, cause both of them always stick with each other day in & day out. It'll be unexpected if both of them were not together...


DECEMBER

It's been 3 months since me and Ber know each other... And I'm loving her more & more with each passing moment... Ber Ber, I know it's been hard on you all these while, bearing the fact that we can't always meet up with each other.

But, I really really cherish every single moment I spend with you, never taking every second spent with you for granted. Because you're an angel sent to me from Heaven, who have brighten up my life.

Breakfast, New Shoe & Night Sky

Woke up really early yesterday Sat morning, It's been a long time since I wake up so early on a Saturday Morning. But it was all worth it! Cause I'm going to have Breakfast with Ber Ber ha!!!

BOth of us ordered Hotcake Meal... SWEET! ha!!!





Then, I sent Ber Ber to work and I went off to Bugis to meet my friend. Help him go SLS to DIY a PC. He was so picky!!! OMG!!! This cannot, that don't want.... But nevermind lahZ... Used to it liaoZ... Luckily, in the past, I've met with customers who were worse than my friend... If not, I would have walked out on him hahaah!!! Very bad right???

then, around 12:30pm, went to meet up with my another group of friends from Youth Group.

Cus this coming X`mas, we're organising a [Shi Zi Lu Kou] about vegetarian food in Bugis area. So, we met up yesterday to recce the place, to match the information we have gotten from the Internet with physical... Was actually quite amazed that Bugis area got alot of Vegetarian food stalls haha!!!

Around 3pm, I went back to Tampines, walked by a shoe stall at East link and saw that the shoes & slippers were on crazy sales!!! From $1 to $59!!! I walked around the shop, and looked at a few shoes... Finally I bought this one, a simple LEVI's high-neck sneakers for $19. Cheap right?? HAHAH!!! It's DROP DEAD cheap!







At night, me & dear went to Orchard to see the X`mas Light Display... SO pretty!!! But too many people on the streets leh... But don't care lahZ... both of us romantic can liao ha!!!

Then, we went to Pasir Ris Park to romance, romance ha!!!

Too bad time flew too fast... We had to go back... But never mind... Time we spent is short but the memories we had created are a life-time!

A big surprise

Ber Ber gave me a call in the afternoon and told me that she decided to give me my X`mas present earlier, so told me that she'll give it to me later at night...

Was curious what she gave me.... She gave me one hint: [Something you'll be using everyday]

On a third try I guessed Handphone, and I was correct!!!! I was totally surprised & speechless. Cause never in my life have I received such an expensive gift from anyone, most of the expensive things, were either brought by me or by my parents...



Totally love this phone to the max haha!!!

I remembered I only passed a comment saying that I wish to buy a phone with Radio can liaoZ. And I never expect Ber Ber will buy for me!

MuackZ!!! Ber... This is the best present... thank you!!!

Tomorrow must wake up early cuz will be having breakfast together with Ber

A small surprise

Woke up very late today... Around noon I think... So SHIOK!!! haha!! So long never sleep till so shiok liao... Always have to drag myself out of bed around 7am in the morning to go work... SIAN!!! But now no need lehZ!!! I'm on a long long long Vacation ha!!!

Went to look for Ber Ber at her workplace... then company her go buy lunch, Hokkien Mee... ha!

Stayed at her shop till around 5pm bahZ...den went walk walk around before I go back home.

Before I went off to work, I bluffed Ber Ber that I won't be going to fetch her from work. She was totally angry with me... [Sorry Dear, didn't meant to make you angry de. Just wanna give you a surprise ha!!!]

Den I suddenly appeared in front of her at her shop, Her eyes went BIG when she saw me... ha! She pretended to be angry but I know she was happy inside hee... Don't worry lahZ dear.. I wont do it again le... MuackZ!

Then,TOgether with Sally, we went to CPF building MAC, and met up with Ber's "Xiao Mei"

Then, we went off alone to sit down and chit-chat

Received a call from Ber Ber, meeting them 2pm at her workplace together with Sally.

Before I went up, I brought a pack of sugar bread. I finished it all up haha!!!

THen, we went to Orchard to do some shopping. Actually, the objective of the day was to look for a present for Jane's Birthday on 21st Dec. But in the end, we end up buying shoes for ourselves. hahaa!!! Far wast was really really packed with people! OMG! It's been a long while I saw so many people at Far East on a Saturday... ... Maybe I haven't been to that place for a long time le bahZ...

Sally brought 3 pairs of Shoes, while Ber Ber brought 2 pairs. I also saw a pair of sneakers that I wanna buy next week, when the pay comes.

After which, we went up to the 5th floor to have lunch, we went into this restaurant. THe service from the staffs were so so so much better than THAT SHOP we went 2 weeks ago. They didn't rushed the customers to order their food at all, and even suggested the customers to take their time to pick what they wanna eat.

We ordered 3 plates of fried rice, a plate of stir-fried vegetables plus a plate of "flash-fried" chicken wings. It was really tasty.

Saw my Training Days buddy, Hong Yuan, together with his GF at Far East, so great to see him haha!!! It's been a while since we saw each other after we went our separate ways from SISPEC.

THen, we made our way to City Hall, cause Ber Ber & Sally couldn't find anything suitable for Jane at Far East, so we went there to try our luck at Marina Square.

THERE, we finally to find a bag that "somehow or rather" suit Jane la... Quite nice actually. It was today then I know that Jane is a Sagittarius, and know from them that she don't really like to dress very lady-like... Actually, I totally understand... Sagittariuses either dress very lady-like or dress very neutrally...

At IP Zone, I found a jacket that I liked alot... hahaah!!! DIE LIAO! Can't buy anymore clothes le... If I buy anymore, gonna get killed by my mum...

My next scheduled shopping spree should be in 2008 bah??? Also good lah, cause my cupboard really don't have any more space for new clothes liaoZ... Need to get a new cupboard from the newly open IKEA.

Then, after everything has been settled, we went to CAREFOUR, as Ber wanna buy a DVD player, i also bought a sponge cake...

Then, we took a cab back to Tampines. And I managed to finish the WHOLE sponge cake by myself... OMG!!!! THen, we "romanced" a bit bit... =P Went back home around 1am...

Chilling out

Didn't went for "Life run" today, cause I was supposed to attend a PTSSU financial meeting with LTC(RET) LEE at 9AM. So, all of us were busily typing away on our PCs to make the final adjustments to our figures before the presentation.

As usual, I was practically bored to DEATH during the meeting. SO, I started writing songs to pass the time away. But I can't make it too obvious as I was sitting just next to LEE.

I didn't know that I actually "saved" Mr. Gary a couple of times during the meeting. Cause, I just couldn't bear to see people who knows what the heck were going on, but couldn't defend themselves. I guess I just had this little "Courageous" blood in me bahZ...

Finally!!! 5PM came and I immediately rushed out and went back to my bunk to pack my things. I CAN'T WAIT TO see Ber Ber haha!!! Totally missed her so so so much!!!

It's been hard on her... Because I'm in Army, we can't get to see each other everyday, so the only way to express our feelings for each other, are through SMSes & phone calls every single day. Thus, the weekends would be exceptionally precious for both of us, as we make the most out of every single minute we spend together...

I really really Love you dear, no doubt at all.

At night, went to pick her up from work. THen together with Sally, we went to fisherman village to chill out. THe place was really nice and cool. The weather was really windy and the sky was clear and filled with shimmering stars.

We ordered fruit punches, a small basket of french fries. While Ber Ber ordered a plate of Fish & Chips.

We left the place together around 11 plus. Then, me and Ber Ber took a slow walk from Simei back to Tampines.

Don't know if Ber will see this or not... "DEAR! You're beginning to slim down le! JIA YOU!!! I'll also jia you to build more muscles... hheehheee!!!"

Ber Ber recently edited my friendster account... heeee...Cause I'm not very good at customising my blog or friendster, so since Ber Ber knows something about it, I let her do it. MUACKZ!!! Really really appreciated it Dear. Be it snow, stars, or just plain backgrounds. I love it! Cause it's something that's ours exclusive! [*MuackZ!*]

Strange though... WE didn't take any pictures today....Never mind lahZ... Maybe she's just too tired lehZ....Dear... Sleep earlier ok? I can see that you're getting more & more tired lehZ... Heart Pain...
