Went there at around 12:30pm, and already there was a HUGE crowd. I can't believe it man... But still, there were plenty of room to move around.
well, the main focus of this IT Show is of cause Microsoft VISTA, compatible programs, SLi & Crossfire & DDR3 RAM & Official Launch of Play-Station 3 in Singapore.
A few companies were not featured this time around. LeMon, Raffles PC Pte. Ltd., Konica Minolta etc etc. While other companies, their booth size shrank in size.
But new players were found, Audio House, Harvey Norman, Courts & Best Denki.
LCD Monitor
Basically, all the monitors' prices have not dropped too much, comparing with 2006's DEC IT Fair. Roughly about 20% price drop.

Printer
Printers are always one of the most lucrative products in Singapore's IT Fair. Rebate bundle, Trade-in promotions, ink cartridges + printing paper packages.
This year, the competition is even more intense. Epson, Brother & Canon, are slashing and cutting the prices of their printers, scanners & multi-functional machines. Throwing in free bundles, free items, trolleys and shopping vouchers, for each printer bought.
Canon:
- Offers Trade-in promotion for most of the photo printers & multi-functional printers, up to S$100.

Printers are at very affordable prices. Response on 1st day was the best.

Digital Camera, DSLRs
As usual, the few big players are up to for battle. Canon, Nikon, Panasonic, Sony, Fujifilm, Pentax, Konica Minolta, Sigma, Samsung, Kodak, Olympus & casion Exilim.
One of the main highlights of IT Fair. With each brand gushing out new technologies in Digital filming.
Highlights:
- Olympus: Feature shockproof [up to 1.5M], waterproof [up to 10M] & crushproof [up to 100KG] digital camera, mju Series. Also feature the world's first 18X optical Zoom DSLR, SP550UZ.
- Canon: No new breakthrough in Digital cameras, except commercial digital cameras.
- Ricoh / Sigma: Featuers 20MM thin Caplio R6, with 7.1X wide angle optical zoom.
- Pentax: Takes cheap & affordable digital cameras to new grounds. With S$199 Optio M20.
- Fujifilm: Feature camera with "10-face detection" function & ISO1600 / 2000 / 3200.
- Nikon: Feature reduced entry-level digital cameras with irresistible free bundles.
Creative & Apple are always the Main attraction in this component. Both companies are loggerheads anywhere, even if there is no IT Fair.
"Cheena" Companies:
They are always the ones to steal some of those "limelights", with eye-popping cheap MP3 / MP4 & PMP players.
