Back to Normal...

Well... At least DY made an effort to come back to LOG BR for one week, and stabilise things around. The whole of previous week has been quite choatic actually. Things were done very slowly, alot of arrows were being directed at us, since LOGO & DY ain't around.

Though, a small incident happened to me. We were playing basketball after work, and I accidentally sprained my ankle and starting swelling... My whole right foot looked like a pig's leg!!!
It was really really painful... I totally can't move my right feet in any direction.

Everyone adviced me to see the MO, to get a status to be excused from Running, Marching & Jumping. But I saw no need for that, cuz it would waste half a day's time, and LOG BR was already lacking in Manpower. If I went ahead to see a MO, LOG BR would sink into CHaos yet again...

The week has been awfully busy for me, I was practically running around the whole of School 2 settling outstanding matters and Store Inventory, which has always been a problem for every company.

Anyway, friday 28th July '06, was DY's last day in Army, before he comes back again one year later during his break. I wonder what danger lies ahead for LOG BR without a DY around... And also, Andy will be clearing his leave & OFF days pretty soon around the 2nd week of August.

Sigh, when that happens, LOG BR will only left me, Jeremy, Andre, Desmond and Fidarus...

Hope things would not get any worse...

Hot Day @ Orchard Road

This morning I suddenly just woke up! haha! Don't know why but I just suddenly woke up. Took a look at my HP and realised it was already around 9:15am. Had a dream last night, well it's a dream which I've been having for the past few years, after I broke up with my ex about 3 years ago.(Hard to imagine right? I've been single for 3 years already haha!!)

Anyway, in my dreams, I'll be with this particular girl, either shopping, eating or doing something together. But no matter what, I can never have a look at her face, I remembered there was only one time where I nearly had a clear view of her face when I was suddenly awaken by my dad.... ARH!!!

Didn't have much things to do, so I gave Hui a call to see if she's going downtown. Well, turned out that she was already there with two of her friends. But, she told me to hurry up, cause she said that she was feeling like "out of place". As there was her friend's friend there, and the clothes they were looking at, weren't what she liked. haha!

So, I doll myself up a bit and off I went haha! But the freaky weather was so, so, so HOT! Even right now, night time, as I'm typing this entry, I could still feel the Heat! Imagine how hot was the weather!

I met up with her. She was wearing a grey overall and a pair of slippers. Looking like the Yue Hui I know. haha!! First, We went around looking at shoes. I didn't shop around much for my own stuffs, cuz I know that my shopping Paradise is in Taipei haha!!! (WHich I'm planning to go back again next year)

Then, her friend called to ask where she was. The moment her friends met up with her, their eyes seem to say "I think we better not be (Light bulb)". Their eyes looked at me saying: "Don't worry, we won't be your LightBulb one. We'll go shop on our own..."

So, very quickly, her friends made their way off. And both of us continued to shop. We went into this small, small shop, which sells very Authentic Asian-designed tops. I chose one top which would bring out the good figure of Yue Hui. And surprisely, she liked it immediately. (Well, you know, after what she told me a few days ago. About her not liking the type of clothes I choose for her... I kinda tone down on my selections for her....)

Then, we went by this accessory shop and she bought a black necklace which cost about $5 (Quite cheapI guess)

Anyway, we went to Taka later, and I went to kino to buy a Guy's Fashion magazine which I would buy Forth-monthly.

Along the streets, there were these "Tapestry" group of people being stationed all over Orchard Road, displaying Bands, balloons and doing surveys and Of cause, Charity as well.
We went by this particular station where people can donate $5 and paint on a canvas. Which I thought was a brilliant idea. Especially kids, they would love to paint and leave their artistic mark there. haha!!!


Then, we went to Hereen to look, look, see, see. We went by this shop, and suddenly she said: "Hey! Look! This T-Shirt is so nice! Let's go inside and take a look!"

We went into this shop and took a look at that t-shirt. Printed on it was a phrase: "Bu Yao Wen Wo. Wo Bu Zhi Dao!" haha!!! That was so cool! And what was more cool was, the t-shirt was on 50% discount! Without second thought, we both bought one t-shirt each! haha!!!

At this time, her phone rang... The expression on her face totally changed. Even though I don't know who was on the phone. But I had this feeling that it must be someone very important to her. Cuz, knowing her so well and so long, I've never seen such expression on her face before. After she hung up on the phone, she told me it was her EX, he wanna meet up with her one last time, before he flew off to America. I could see her eyes turning red, she was gonna cry...
suddenly, I said: "Don't cry worZ... No matter what. Don't cry...."
"No...Who say I was gonna cry..." She tried to change topic and hide from me.
But it was too late, her eyes betrayed her and let me saw everything that was to be seen....

Since then, she kept looking at her watch. Her mind and soul ain't here with me. It had long flew to where she would be meeting with her EX... Suntec City... Don't why, I just popped this question:

"DOn't tell me, you're gonna patch back with him?!"
"NO LAH!" she replied.

But, a gut-feeling told me that I wasn't one bit convinced about this answer. Still, I didn't ask further... I just somehow respected her answer and decision...

Then, we went back to that station where people could donate and paint...

After we finished painting, we went across the road. Then, something, or should I say someone caught my attention...
This boy, aged 7, was playing the drum set really really well! And what was more amazing was, he started playing at a very tender age of 2!!! His performance won numerous applause from the crowd.









After which, we went our separate ways....

Sucky Weekend

Been at home for the past few days due to a stupid stomach flu...

Wednesday Morning had a bad diarrhoae after breakfast, where I stayed in the toilet for about an Hour or so, and shit til my legs were wobby!!! Hated that feeling, really couldn't stand properly or sit properly....

I thought I was feeling better, thus I went for Lunch. But gues what, I was stuck in the toilet for another Hour! Really Stink lorZ! Imagine, keep going in and out of toilet due to stomach-ache.

Then, around 2plus, I went to see the MO. The MO press press here, press pres there, den say it was just a slight stomach-ache, gave me some charcoal pills and stomach pills plus 1 day MC.

I thought everything was ok till the next morning...

I woke up to consume my pills together with milk, about 5 minutes later I had a bad bad bad reaction. I vomited everything that I consumed just a few moments ago, I guess I even vomited what I consumed last night... EEK!!!!

Anyway, I went to a clinic right away. There was quite a crowd there. I always thought that clinics would be quite empty in the morning. Well I was wrong... Waited there for about 1 hour plus, read some magazines, before I was called upon.

The doctor told me that I must not drink milk, coffee, tea. Eat spicy, sour, deep-fried & oily food or bread. Best things for me: Plain Porridge, noodles or vemillion. OH GOSH!!! THAT TOTALLY SUCKS! So much food can't eat, might as well tell me go die... HAHA! Joking =P

Got two days of MC, and stayed at home.... Pretty nothing much to do, except watching videos on YouTube and Play Maple...

A Week without Boss around

It's been a long, long time since I last blogged. I'm so sorry about that. Oh well, currently I'm at BMTC SCH 2 HQ, doing my job as a logistic specialist. Being at HQ have its pros and cons. Though there's more pros than cons, but work is endless at HQ.

Though I've only been here for roughly about a month plus, I've really enjoyed myself alot, as everyone in HQ are very fun-loving and hardworking. There's not much "rank-playing" in HQ, except between MAJs, COs and MPO, LOGO and TO.

This week, well, for my first time in 2 months, my Log Branch is without both DY LOG and LOGO. Both of them are away on leave. Many people in the HQ would have the wrong idea that LOG branch would be chaotic, without any Boss around to look over us.

But, it turned out that things in LOG Branch still runs like any other day. Though, some things have to wait till both of them comes back.

Hope they come back soon......
